What is SmugMug?
A: It is a photo sharing/printing service that allows us to share our photographs with you.
How does it work?
A: When you enter our SmugMug Photo Gallery, you will be presented with albums that contain photos of scenes and events at Pineywoods. Each of the albums contains pictures of a particular school activity. The title of each album matches the activity or event.
Can I purchase prints of the photos?
A: Yes! When you see a photo that you like, you may purchase a print of it right from your computer. Follow the onscreen instructions.
Can I purchase the original digital images?
A: Yes! When you see a photo that you like, you may purchase a high quality digital image for printing at home! Simply add a photo to your cart and choose "Digital Downloads" from the product pull-down menu.
Does SmugMug offer photo gifts?
A: Yes! When you see a photo that you like, you may purchase a gift with that photo!

Is every child photographed?
Photos that appear in the SmugMug galleries are ones that are taken in the usual course of Pineywoods events for publicity and publication purposes. There is no attempt to assure that every child in the School is photographed. Thus, it may well be that a particular child for whom you are looking does not appear in any of these photographs at any given time. New photos are posted from time to time. Please keep checking.
Is this purchase secure?
When you place an order, special software is used to encrypt your credit card information so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Once an order is processed, the prints are shipped via First-Class US Mail.
Is the photo gallery protected or is it viewable by anyone?
The Pineywoods photo gallery is password protected so that not just anyone can view it. The password is not a difficult one, but it at least offers a layer of protection. If you cannot access the online photo gallery and need the password, please e-mail and request it.
